FSIX in Los Angeles

Welcome to Financial Services Industry Exchange, Los Angeles (FSIX LA). Our mission is to be a leading global networking and professional services organization specifically for gay and lesbian financial services professionals.

We invite colleagues and friends to join us from diverse financial disciplines including private wealth management, asset management, consulting, investment banking, commercial banking, insurance, accounting, tax and real estate.  The wide geographic dispersion of LGBT financial professionals in Southern California enables FSIX LA to play an important role in connecting this influential community.

FSIX complements existing corporate-based LGBT employee groups by providing  a centralized nexus for the exchange of information regarding job opportunities, best practices for LGBT employee groups, professional contacts and business referrals.   FSIX LA also provides a safe forum for LGBT professionals to foster a new circle of peers and friends.

Founded in September, 2004, the FSIX LA chapter has almost 200 professionals and continues to grow through events and programs we provide as well as significant corporate alliances and sponsors. Sponsors include PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Deutsche Bank, Deloitte and CalNational Bank.  Recent events in Los Angeles include our 2007 Holiday Party co-sponsored with Deloitte and a fall speaker event sponsored by PWC.
