Moody’s and the Out & Equal Metro New York Regional Council are co-hosting a networking event and panel discussion about how to best learn from employee resource groups and use these networks to bring value to your organization.
Out & Equal Workplace Advocacy group, in partnership with Moody’s Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Allies (LGBTA) Network, have put together a distinguished panel of guests, including Moody’s employees and external experts, to discuss what they learned as they launched employee resource groups. The panel participants will explore approaches to strategic planning and key relationships that can accelerate how new groups gain traction in their organizations.
